Maison Ponthier has selected watermelons grown in Spain where the local terroir offers a soil and climate conducive to the development of very sweet, soft fruit with high thirst-quenching potential and the reddest colour possible. Once transported to the Ponthier processing plant, the watermelons are carefully peeled by hand and delicately processed in order to preserve all the qualities of their organoleptic profile.
